Our stay had its ups and downs. The location is simply unbeatable, right by the beach, and we loved the warm vibe from the front desk team. However, service from some staff was lacking, and a poor dining experience left us feeling let down given the price point. Overall, while we enjoyed the beach and atmosphere, there are definitely areas that need significant improvement.

The Pearl Beach Hotel is absolutely stunning, right on the beautiful St Jean beach where I could enjoy watching planes take off and land. The rooms are well-decorated and very comfortable, but there were some minor maintenance issues and a sewage smell that detracted from the experience. The service was top-notch with attentive staff, and while the dining could definitely use improvement, the breathtaking location and cozy atmosphere made it worth it. Overall, I felt the value was decent despite a few hiccups.

The room was not only clean and beautifully furnished, but we also appreciated the availability of amenities like the Nespresso machine. The dining experience at the beach bar was delightful, though dinner service is unavailable. Overall, we experienced excellent value for money with just a couple of minor aspects to note, like the slightly restricted ocean view from some rooms due to newly planted palm trees.
